Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or credit of the affected product, following verification of a genuine manufacturing fault.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verity Distributors, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our products or breach of these Terms.
