Verity Distributors Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Returns will only be considered if the product is not a custom-manufactured or private-label item and shows no signs of use, tampering, damage, re-packing, exposure to heat, or incorrect storage conditions.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@veritydistributors.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), a shipping label, and return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted, credited, or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Our quality team will assess the reported issue and may request photo or video evidence to verify the condition.

Please note:

  • Products showing damage due to incorrect storage, such as exposure to heat, sunlight, cold, moisture, contamination, or dust, will not be accepted for return.

  • Products affected by spillage, leaks, improper stacking, or container swelling caused by environmental exposure are not considered manufacturing faults.

  • Products damaged through improper handling, use, dilution, or mixing after delivery are excluded from warranty and return eligibility.

  • Manufacturing products that have been opened, mixed, repacked, refilled, tampered with, or altered are deemed used and cannot be returned.

  • For items made to customer specification, returns are only permitted in cases of proven manufacturing fault, confirmed by our Quality Assurance team.

Non-Returnable and Restricted Items

The following categories of goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-manufactured or private-label products.

  • Perishable or reactive chemical materials.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Personal care items, or opened cleaning and chemical containers.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers.

If uncertain about product eligibility, please contact our Customer Service Team prior to ordering.

Exchanges

For eligible items, you may request an exchange by first completing the return process. Once the return is approved and received, you may place a new order.

Custom or chemical products are not eligible for exchange, as they are produced to order under specific environmental and quality conditions.

Manufacturing Liability Disclaimer

Verity Distributors operates under strict ISO-aligned manufacturing and quality control standards. Once a product leaves our verified facility, Verity Distributors accepts no responsibility for:

  • Improper storage, including exposure to heat, sunlight, freezing temperatures, humidity, or dust.

  • Physical tampering, container damage, or seal breakage after delivery.

  • Contamination caused by contact with foreign substances or incorrect decanting.

  • Secondary repackaging, resale, or decanting into unverified containers.

  • Reactions caused by combining products with other chemicals or materials not recommended in the Product Data Sheet (PDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Any misuse, poor storage, mishandling, or failure to follow proper product guidelines immediately voids all warranties, guarantees, and return eligibility.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

If a refund has not been received within 15 business days of approval, please contact info@veritydistributors.com for assistance.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an order for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
This does not apply to custom-manufactured, chemical, or temperature-sensitive products.
